The watch was made in 1999. The watch comes with its original blank unedited certificate of origin, wallet, stylus and original wood box. Additionally, the watch comes with a two year movement guarantee.
Essay: Reference 3990 was in production between 1995 and 2005 and was replaced by reference 5971. Made in yellow, white, and pink gold as well as platinum, this watch represents the first time Patek Philippe made a complicated jewel-set watch in series. Only about 250 of the reference 3990 was made in its twenty year history.
