1920 Original Officers Case Watch with Long Signature and original Buckle; Circa 1920

Introduction: Patek Philippe Early Officers watch, Made in 1920. The watch is made in 18 karat yellow gold with an hinged case and dust cover. The watch is fitted with a 12 line caliber movement # 194458; case number 287843. The dial is porcelain white enamel with black Breguet numerals, with a outside minute track. The watch is fitted with a small sub second hand with a 60 second track. The watch measures 31mm with elongated lugs with original screws for the lugs. Further the watch has its original factory signed 18K Patek buckle. There is a fine hairline crack to dial. The watch is accompanied with an extract from the Archives confirming its date of manufacture and further sale in 1922.
Essay: This is a remarkable find to find an Early authentic officers case watch. Further what is also and maybe even more remarkable is that the watch has its original factory buckle, and the original screws that hold the strap to the case. What is also remarkable is that the watch comes with the original factory strap, (see enclosed pictures).
