This Rare Early Vintage Patek Philippe Watch was made in 1927. It measures 37 x 30mm, and is made of 18 karat yellow gold, with a hinged back case, 12" caliber 18-jewel movement. This watch comes with an extract from the Archives certificate, confirming its manufacture and further sale in 1929.
